Our Policy:

 

1. All deposits are NON refundable.

2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on a charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 250.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation/Detail fee is 250.00.

4. Drug use is prohibited by law and will end the trip with no refund whatsoever. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.

5. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines, EVER.

6. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.

7. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).

8. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.

9. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

10. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, EVER.

11. Any damages caused by food, bubble gum atc. Will be billed directly to the customer’s credit card on file. If no credit card is on file or the credit card declines, customer must pay for damages within 3 days of notification.

12. Any cancellation must be within 14 days of the scheduled event. In the event you cancel a reservation, Supreme reserves the right to allow you a full or partial credit (not refund) towards another scheduled reservation. If you cancel within 7 days of a scheduled event, you will forfeit the entire price of the trip and will not be eligible to reschedule or receive a credit. No food in any of our limousines.
